SharePoint Migration
A full migration from SharePoint 2013 to SharePoint Online for a municipal organization — inventory, remediation, cutover and training, with zero data loss.
The problem
Thousands of documents and dozens of customized site collections lived on an on-premises SharePoint 2013 farm approaching end of support. Business units depended on InfoPath forms and workflows that would not survive a lift-and-shift.
What I did
Inventoried every site collection and scored it by complexity and business value, then triaged: archive, migrate as-is, rebuild, or retire. Rebuilt the surviving forms and workflows on the Power Platform, scripted the content moves, and validated permissions after every wave.
The outcome
Content integrity and compliance preserved through the move, staff trained ahead of each wave, and collaboration measurably faster on the modern experience — with no on-prem farm left to patch.
