Power App CRM
A Power Apps CRM that gave project managers one place to track projects, progress and approvals instead of a spreadsheet and an inbox.
The problem
Project status lived in personal spreadsheets and email threads. Approvals stalled because no one could see where a request was sitting, and reporting meant re-keying the same data every month.
What I did
Modelled the project lifecycle in Dataverse, then built a Power Apps interface around the three things people actually did daily: update status, request approval, and see what was overdue. Approvals run through Power Automate with reminders and a full audit trail.
The outcome
Tasks are tracked in one place and completed on time, approvals move without chasing, and monthly reporting is generated from live data instead of assembled by hand.
