Hey! That’s me.
I’m Geri Crroj, an Enterprise Systems Analyst at Niagara Region. I live in the space where the platform meets the people who have to use it — .NET applications, REST APIs, SharePoint, and the Power Platform. Alongside that I run a small consulting practice, TenantCraft.
Before this: Application Analyst at the Region, IT Systems Officer for the Government of Ontario. Advanced Diploma in Computer Programmer & Analysis from Niagara College (2019–2021), specializing in full-stack systems. Microsoft certified — Azure Developer Associate (AZ-204) and Power Platform Fundamentals (PL-900).

My skills, honestly rated
Where the last four years went.
My experiences
Four years across public-sector IT and consulting — I'm always interested in new and complicated estates.

My working process.
My process starts before any build: understanding the estate as it actually is, not as the documentation claims. Inventory, interviews, and a hard triage of what deserves to move.
From there it's small, verifiable increments — a wave, a form, a report — each one validated with the people who use it before the next one starts.
