First-Responder Tracker
An enterprise-grade Power App used by first responders to record client interactions and incidents in the field, with real-time oversight for coordinators.
The problem
Field teams captured sensitive client interactions on paper and in disconnected trackers. Coordinators had no live picture of caseloads, and reporting on outcomes was retrospective at best.
What I did
Designed a mobile-first Power App around the real sequence of a field visit, backed by a Dataverse model with role-based security so staff only see what they should. The data layer later moved to Teams Dataverse for tighter integration, and oversight dashboards were built on top of the same model for coordinators.
The outcome
Interactions and incidents are recorded once, at the point of contact, and complex operations now have real-time oversight instead of month-old summaries.
