Donation Receipt Generator
An automated receipting solution so donors get accurate, timely acknowledgment without anyone assembling documents by hand.
The problem
Receipts were produced manually from donation records — slow, easy to get wrong, and risky given the compliance requirements attached to charitable receipting.
What I did
Built a small app over the donation data with validation at entry, then automated generation and delivery of the receipt document through Power Automate, with a record of what was issued to whom and when.
The outcome
Donors are acknowledged promptly and accurately, manual transcription errors are gone, and staff time went back to the work that actually needs a human.
